Primeros pasos
What happens after the free trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day free trial, you can choose the plan that best fits your business to continue using it. If you decide not to, you won't be charged anything.
How is it configured?
Print the codes, configure your digital menu, and you're ready.
Do you have to buy new hardware to use a cloud POS?
No. A cloud POS runs in the browser, so any device with a screen will do: an Android tablet, an iPad, a Windows laptop or the waiter's own phone. The thermal printer you already have usually works as is, connected over USB, Ethernet or Bluetooth.
Can I use my current POS?
Yes, if the system has integration or API (like Mesapp).
Hardware e impresoras
Is your POS compatible with thermal printers and cash drawers?
Yes. Mesapp works with thermal printers over USB, Ethernet and Bluetooth to print receipts and kitchen orders, and with standard cash drawers. If you are unsure about a specific model, contact us and we will check it.
Does the POS work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Mesapp is a progressive web app that saves orders on the device when there is no connection and syncs on its own as soon as it comes back. You keep taking orders and charging.
Can I use Mesapp on different devices?
Absolutely. We are a 100% cloud and multiplatform platform. You can manage your restaurant from an iPad, an Android tablet, a Windows/Mac computer, or an All-in-One POS. Waiters can take orders from their own mobiles if you wish.

Do my customers need to download an app to order with the QR code?
No. This is the main advantage of Mesapp. Your customers simply scan the QR code with their mobile camera and instantly access your interactive digital menu to place orders. No downloads, no mandatory registrations, and no friction.
Is it necessary to install an app?
No. And it shouldn't be.
What advantages does the unique QR per table have?
Precision in orders, time control, and traceability.
Does the average ticket increase?
Not much: the main effect is not on the average check but on the table freeing up sooner and turning over faster.
Facturación y VeriFactu
How does Mesapp comply with Verifactu regulations?
Our software automatically generates receipts and invoices with the verifiable QR code required by Verifactu regulations. It chains records cryptographically so they cannot be altered or deleted without a trace, keeps them traceable, and sends the information to the Tax Agency when the law requires it.
From when is VeriFactu mandatory?
According to the Spanish Tax Agency, after the postponement approved by Royal Decree-Law 15/2025, entities that file Corporate Income Tax must have their billing systems adapted before 1 January 2027, and all other taxpayers before 1 July 2027.
Are there hidden costs or commissions per order?
No, under no circumstances. At Mesapp we believe in pure SaaS. You pay a fixed monthly or annual subscription, and 100% of the sales you make through QR codes are yours.
Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes. We have no lock-in contracts. If you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel or change your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.
How does the annual discount work?
By choosing annual billing, you pay for the entire year upfront and get a discount equivalent to over 3 free months compared to paying monthly.
